This makes sure that all traffic between you and Kapture is safe during the transit. Additionally, for email, our product leverages opportunistic TLS by default. Transport Layer Security (TLS) encrypts and provides email securely, mitigating eavesdropping between mail servers where peer services support this protocol. Exceptions for encryption may include any use of in-product SMS functionality, any other third-party app, integration, or service subscribers may choose to leverage at their own discretion.

  1. Secure the servers – If you have physical servers at your business location, make sure your servers have secure points of entry. Additionally, you can ensure routers and local networks are secure as well. 
  2. Ensure CRM admins follow good security practices – Manage access and access-levels to your CRM effectively, even if that means limiting access. Ensure sales and support agents are using their own individual accounts to login as opposed to shared logins.
