1. Scope

The Privacy Policy is compiled to protect your online privacy and any personal information that you may share with Kapture. Our practice regarding the use of your Personal Information is mentioned below in the Privacy Policy statement. When you agree to use Kapture CRM, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy Statement.

This statement covers only data collected through the Kapture site and not any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, data that we collect offline or through webpages that do not display a direct link to this statement, for example, the Kapture CRM client on which we host data for registered customers.

This Privacy Policy statement is exclusively for www.kapturecrm.com.

2. Information Recorded and Use

Personal Information

Any information provided by you to Kapture will not be shared with anyone for promotional purposes. This information will also not be used for any purposes not consented by you.

From time to time, we may send you emails about new services, releases, and upcoming events. You can at any time opt-out of receiving newsletters and other secondary messages from Kapture by selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ button present in every email that we send.

If personal information you have submitted through the site is no longer accurate, current, or complete, and you wish to update it, you can contact us any way you want. On an appropriate request, we will usually be glad to update or amend your information, but we reserve the right to use information obtained previously to verify your identity or take other actions that we believe are appropriate.

This statement is effective as of 3rd June, 2016. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this statement from time to time and in our sole discretion. However, any changes to the statement will be notified to you through a server announcement or by an email to your primary email address.
