No Code Integration
Kapture YouTube integration requires no coding and because the interface is easy to navigate; you can configure your YouTube channel on your own.
In order to integrate your YouTube channel, all you need to do is provide channel-related information. Go to the Configuration tab and select YouTube Configuration.
Fill in all the required information like channel name, channel ID that can directly be fetched from the YouTube channel (listed under YouTube Account>channel ID). Please select Queue as YouTube.
Please select Folder as YouTube and that’s it. You have successfully configured the YouTube channel.
After the configuration, the comments on your YouTube channel will start converting into tickets. Those YouTube comments turned tickets can directly be viewed from your unified inbox.
