  • Acheiving Process Targets by running the process successfully.
  • Excellent in analytical ability with very good documentation skills.
  • Good Excel skills and Reporting knowledge.
  • Comfortable in Working with Team Oriented Setting, as well as independent.
  • Should be able to Understand client requirements clearly, document and communicate the same to internal teams.
  • Ability to take ownership of the customer/customer complaints.
  • Flexible to work in shifts(24/7).

Experience : 0-2 years

CTC will go upto 3.5 LPA
